All Ted’s locations are open for curbside to-go! Picking up curbside to-go is one of the safest ways to get food, and provides less person-to-person contact then a grocery store.
Since curbside to-go is new to Ted’s, we wanted to provide a few quick tips to make your experience smooth.
- Pull into any spot in our parking lot. Closer to the door is best! We will do the rest! No need to exit your vehicle or come inside the restaurant. Just roll down the window and a member of our team will come out to greet you. We will practice our own social distancing and stay as far back from your window as possible. If you would like to add anything to your order, such as a beer or a slice of our Tres Leches cake, let them know and they can add it on for you!
- Once you check in, a team member will bring your check. We HIGHLY encourage using a credit card versus cash to further reduce contact. We’ll run your card and bring the ticket to you to finalize your order. If you use our online ordering platform, which is available at seven of our 10 locations with more coming soon, you can pay online and speed up the process even more.
- Take your Ted’s and go! Our to-go team will pack your order with care to ensure it gets home safely and will bring it to you with gloves on. Since we are limiting contact between our own employees and asking them to limit contact with our guests, we are going to keep as much distance as we can when we serve you. Pop the trunk or unlock your back door and we can place your food directly into your car.
Ready to place your order? Online ordering is available for select locations on our website. If your nearest Ted’s doesn’t have online ordering up yet OR you would like to add beer to your order, give us call. Please note, each restaurant only has 4-5 phone lines available, which means during peak times you may experience a busy signal. We appreciate your patience and have our team members answering each phone line just as soon they can.
Additionally, quoted wait times during these peak hours could be anywhere from 45-75 minutes. During these peak times, we recommend ordering early and showing up no more than five minutes before your quoted time.
If you prefer to have your food delivered, we offer delivery through DoorDash, Postmates, GrubHub and UberEats. Several of these providers are offering contactless delivery as well.
