Want to enjoy our delicious, made from scratch Mexican food while also giving back to your local school, non-profit, or youth sports team? Schedule a Fundraiser Night at Ted’s! We’re now scheduling give-back nights through August 2021, and we’d love to host your group!
How do I book a Fundraiser Night with Ted’s?
It’s as easy as 1 – 2 – 3! First, choose the location you’d like to host your fundraiser. We have 10 locations in the Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Norman, and Lawton areas to choose from. Second, talk with your group to determine a few upcoming Tuesday or Wednesday nights that would work best for your group. Give-back nights cannot be scheduled any less than two weeks in advance to allow time for our team or get everything organized. Once you have the location and date, fill out our Fundraiser Night Request form on our website. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible with confirmation of your event!
How do I earn money from a fundraiser night?
Once your fundraiser is confirmed, we’ll provide you with an official flyer and Facebook event that you can use to promote your event! We suggest emailing the flyer to everyone on your email list and posting it on all of your social media accounts. Ask friends and family to share as well! On the night of your fundraiser, you’ll earn 10% on every order that shows your flyer to our team. And yes, that includes to-go orders as well! We’ll email you within 1-2 days of your event to let you know exactly how much you raised.
