BROKEN ARROW, Okla. (Oct. 24, 2023) — Ted’s Café Escondido announced today its Broken Arrow location is now open for business at its new home of 501 W. Albany Street.
Ted’s, an award-winning Mexican food staple across Oklahoma’s culinary landscape since 1991, first opened in Broken Arrow in March 2006. The move to a new, revised building reflects Ted’s commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience to its valued guests.
“While the surroundings may have changed, what remains unwavering is Ted’s dedication to delivering the same warm hospitality and made-from-scratch Mexican food that patrons have cherished over the years,” said David Foxx, Ted’s Chief Operations Officer. “We’re excited to welcome our Broken Arrow guests, both long-standing and new, to our modernized space.”
Located right off of Oklahoma’s State Highway 51, Ted’s relocated Broken Arrow restaurant boasts a vibrant interior featuring a spacious and inviting atmosphere with an enhanced store design. Its layout is tailored for both intimate meals and large gatherings, just like the nine other Ted’s Cafe Escondido locations throughout Oklahoma.
At the center of Ted’s new Broken Arrow home sits a full-service, seat-yourself bar with multiple TVs, which are viewable from nearly every table in the store.
“There’s not a bad seat in the house,” Foxx said. “Whether you grab a chair at the bar or get a table for five, you’ll still be able to enjoy our made-from-scratch food, first-rate drink menu and outstanding service — all with that day’s big game in full view.”
Ted’s new Broken Arrow location will resume its previous hours of operations, opening at 11 a.m. every day while closing at 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 p.m. on Friday and 8:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Happy Hour specials run from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. Ted’s store-wide Kids Eat Free on Mondays promotion will be in effect beginning on Monday, Oct. 30.
